Our approach to baking is deeply influenced by the traditions of rural France. Growing up in the French countryside, bread was part of everyday life. It was not simply another packaged product on a supermarket shelf.
Good bread is made from a few basic ingredients, shaped by craftsmanship, fermentation, temperature, and time. Those traditions created a lifelong appreciation for food that is made rather than manufactured.
Today, that experience is combined with professional training as a certified baker and chef. Our baking brings together classical French techniques along with the philosophy we follow throughout Arcadia Acres.
We believe food should be simple, recognizable, and made from ingredients that we would be happy to serve to our own family. No unnecessary fillers, artificial flavors, preservatives, or endless ingredient lists.
It sounds simple, but in a world where food is increasingly engineered for convenience, shelf life, and mass production, we believe simplicity matters more than ever.
Our approach comes down to the basics of great food: start with pure & organic ingredients, use traditional cooking techniques, and give food the time it needs.

While sourcing our premium ingredients, we choose only organic & non-GMO, minimally processed foods. As Arcadia Acres grows, our goal is also to produce more of those ingredients ourselves — from fruits and vegetables to eggs and other farm products.

Arcadia Acres began with a desire to create a more independent and grounded way of life — one where we could understand where more of our food comes from, grow some of it ourselves, care for animals, and become less dependent on highly processed and mass-produced products.
Today, our farm is home to cows, donkeys, goats, chickens, ducks, cats, and dogs. We grow fruits and vegetables, care for our animals every day, and continue developing the property into a working family farm.
